Do not send secrets

Never send a private key, seed phrase, wallet recovery code, or CLOB credentials to support.HBFmarket Staging support will never ask for them.

Report a keeper issue

Include your wallet address, stop-rule ID, approximate time, market, and any displayed error. Do not include credentials or transaction-signing material.
